Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 calendar days starting from the date you receive your order. If this period has passed, unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
If you wish to request a return, please make sure that:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You have a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
- You have contacted our customer support team before sending the item back.
⚠️ Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with the correct return address by email once your request is approved.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. These include but are not limited to:
- Perishable products (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Certain personal care or health-related items
Partial Refunds
In some situations, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Books or items with clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records
- Products not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not caused by our error
- Any item returned after the 30-day period
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved: A refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

- Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as processing delays are sometimes possible.

Sale Items
Only items purchased at the regular retail price are eligible for refunds. Discounted or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace products that arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us first at [email protected]. After approval, we will provide the correct return address.
Gifts
- If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit equivalent to the returned item’s value. A gift card will be issued once we receive the item.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- If you are returning an item of high value, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Restocking / Handling Fee
At present, we do not charge any additional restocking or handling fee. However, the cost of return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).
