How do I track my Special Order?

How do I request service for a defective product?
To file a claim or to request service for a product purchased less than 12 months ago, please contact the manufacturer of the appliance.

Who do I contact if I have an issue with my install? Does wiltchar offer a warranty for installations?
All wiltchar installations have a one-year labor warranty. Roofing installations have a two-year warranty. To report an issue with your installation, contact our Install Support Team. We’ll arrange for the PROvider to return to review and resolve the issue while it’s under the labor warranty.
